Welcome to Danielle Aisling Photography! By using this website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Information
1.1. Danielle Aisling Photography specializes in Ottawa + destination wedding photography.
1.2. Our services are available for clients worldwide, with a focus on delivering high-quality photography services for weddings and related events.
1.3. These terms apply to all users of our website and services.
2. Booking and Payments
2.1. A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer fee are required to secure your booking. The retainer fee is 30% of the total package price.
2.2. The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days before the wedding date unless otherwise agreed.
2.3. Payments can be made via credit card or e-transfer.
3. Travel and Accommodation
3.1. For destination weddings, clients are responsible for covering travel expenses, including flights, transportation, accommodations, and meals.
3.2. Travel arrangements must be agreed upon and finalized at least 60 days before the event date.
4. Rescheduling and Cancellation
4.1. In the event of rescheduling, the retainer fee can be transferred to a new date with at least 60 days notice, subject to availability.
4.2. Cancellations made less than 59 days before the event date are non-refundable.
4.3. If Danielle Aisling Photography must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments will be refunded in full.
5. Copyright and Usage
5.1. Danielle Aisling Photography retains full copyright of all images captured.
5.2. Clients are granted personal usage rights for digital and printed images.
5.3. Images may not be altered or used commercially without prior written consent.
6. Delivery of Images
6.1. Edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within 8-12 weeks after the wedding date.
6.2. The online gallery will remain available for 12 months. Extensions may incur additional fees.
7. Limitations of Liability
7.1. Danielle Aisling Photography is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, venue restrictions, or equipment failure.
7.2. Liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client.
8. Privacy and Confidentiality
8.1. Personal information provided to Danielle Aisling Photography will only be used for the purpose of delivering services.
8.2. We will not share your information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
